If a faulty unit arrives at DUS Company before 12 noon, a replacement will be provided within 2 business days.
Repairable units will be thoroughly inspected, updated, and sent for repair service.
The replaced unit will continue to be covered by the original 5-year warranty based on the purchase date of the original unit.
If no suitable replacement unit is available, the damaged unit will be repaired as quickly as possible.
